Mindful Muse Apprenticeship – An Inner Guide Pilgrimage – Begins September 2018!

chakra goddess mindful muse apprentice

I am excited to announce the Mindful Muse Apprenticeship Program which begins September 2018!  Open to anyone with at least 6-months personal yoga practice.  Dharma provides personal guidance for those dedicated students wishing to inspire, challenge, and transform their personal spiritual practices while concentrating on Goddess Studies and the Divine Feminine.

Through the self-discovery tools and experiences, you will be initiated in the intentional journey to your inner guide.  You will discover your true self through yogic and mystical practices while honoring nature’s cycles through the goddess archetype.  This will be a transformative experience of direct revelation.  This process will allow you to uncover and re-discover the inner mystic that is innate within us all.

If you are interested in tapping into your highest potential for the purpose of serving your family and friends, co-workers and community, as well as the world around you, join me as I holds the space for you to explore and develop the necessary tools to begin this journey from a safe and informed place embedded in your own personal wisdom and knowing.

The Mindful Muse – A Creative Spiritual Endeavor

30943770_lIn preparation for returning from my annual mini-hiatus, I want to put in motion and share with you a new mission to stay connected with students, teachers and all of the Mindful Muses and Masters while I immerse myself in my studies and travels over the next few weeks and into the upcoming year.  This time of deep self and spiritual study is necessary for my growth in every aspect of my life, and I am blessed to have the ability to do so with the support of my family, friends and staff at the Garden.

One of my main goals throughout this coming year is to provide a cyber-temple that you can visit from your home, work or play-yard at your convenience and gather information, become inspired, ask questions and grow in your own spiritual practices and path.  A place where you can learn the tips and techniques, and build a sacred toolbox in order to facilitate the process of getting out of your head and into your life!

I will be sending out weekly postings, periodic freebies, and much more, so make sure you sign up to receive my updates via email in the right sidebar!

Until next week I invite you to share in my favorite Yoga Sutra, 1:14, which also adorns our studio wall, and a question to ponder:

Practice becomes firmly grounded when attended to for a long period of time, without break, and with complete devotion.

What will your practice be this week?  Share with me below!

Truth * Beauty * Yoga * Life

Yoga Garden’s Live Your Yoga & Teacher Training

Whether you are interested in teaching, or simply moving deeper into your yogic practice (which was why I took my first ‘teacher training’ over a decade ago!), ask yourself if it’s time!
