Mudra for Happiness

Sit comfortably with the spine tall. Make a ‘peace sign’ with your index and middle fingers, and bring those fingers together. Holding down the ring and pinky fingers down with the thumbs. Allow elbows to lift out to sides, away from the body while relaxing the shoulders down and away from the ears. Concentrate at the mind’s eye/third eye/brow center and take long, deep breaths in and out through the nose. This mudra will help you feel joy and improve your state of mind. Practice this mudra for 1-3 minutes. (If arms tire, lower the elbows so that the fingers are in line with the temples.)
