In preparation for returning from my annual mini-hiatus, I want to put in motion and share with you a new mission to stay connected with students, teachers and all of the Mindful Muses and Masters while I immerse myself in my studies and travels over the next few weeks and into the upcoming year. This time of deep self and spiritual study is necessary for my growth in every aspect of my life, and I am blessed to have the ability to do so with the support of my family, friends and staff at the Garden.
One of my main goals throughout this coming year is to provide a cyber-temple that you can visit from your home, work or play-yard at your convenience and gather information, become inspired, ask questions and grow in your own spiritual practices and path. A place where you can learn the tips and techniques, and build a sacred toolbox in order to facilitate the process of getting out of your head and into your life!
I will be sending out weekly postings, periodic freebies, and much more, so make sure you sign up to receive my updates via email in the right sidebar!
Until next week I invite you to share in my favorite Yoga Sutra, 1:14, which also adorns our studio wall, and a question to ponder:
Practice becomes firmly grounded when attended to for a long period of time, without break, and with complete devotion.
What will your practice be this week? Share with me below!
